The studio

Built for one thing

KORE started with a simple idea: the kettlebell is the most effective piece of kit in any gym, and almost nobody gets coached on it properly. Big classes, no feedback, bad habits. We wanted the opposite.

So every class is capped at 16 and every session follows a plan. You learn the core lifts first: the swing, the squat, the press, the get-up. Then you build on them week by week, adding load, skill and pace as you earn it.

The result is a room full of people getting stronger together. No mirrors to pose in, no egos, no one left behind. Just good coaching, hard work and a crew that turns up for each other.

Your coach

Coached by Stephen

I coach every class at KORE, so I'll know your name, your lifts and exactly when to push you. New to kettlebells or lifting for years, you're in the right place.

Your first visit

01

Arrive 10 minutes early

Stephen will say hello, check any injuries and pick a starting weight with you.

02

What to wear

Comfortable gym kit and flat trainers. Many members train barefoot or in socks, and that's fine too.

03

What to bring

A water bottle and a towel. We supply the bells and everything else.

04

Never lifted a kettlebell?

Most of our members hadn't either. Every move is taught from scratch and scaled to you.
